What details does support need?
Tell us which part of Baddie you need help with, what happened and when. Include any relevant post, account or order reference. For payment issues, add the payment method and receipt. Never share passwords, card security codes or one-time verification codes.
How do I get help with an experience not listed here?
Open support in the app or email us with the name of the experience and the issue.
Where are my order updates?
Order history in You shows delivery updates. The order tracker also accepts an order ID or tracking number.
Can I get support without the app?
Email support@baddieapp.co.uk or use the contact page. Seller, privacy and business contacts are also listed there.
